Once on-boarded as a GroundFloor Mentor you will be invited to our monthly committee meetings where you will hear progress reports on our Fellows and have the opportunity to volunteer your talents. Each "Pitch Day" you will have the opportunity to volunteer yourself as "lead mentor" for a pitching team. If that team is selected, you will be responsible for "quarterbacking" that team of Fellows through the GroundFloor program with the assistance of your fellow mentors.*Yes, I understand the commitment.
